The Signing Ceremony of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding of enrolment across the universities among 25 members of Council of the Graduate Studies Administrators of Public and Autonomous Universities (CGAU).
On January 13, 2022, at 1.30pm, Associate Professor Dr. Yootthana Chuppunnarat, Dean of CUGS (Chulalongkorn University Graduate School), joined and witnessed the Signing Ceremony of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding of enrolment across the universities among 25 members of Council of the Graduate Studies Administrators of Public and Autonomous Universities (CGAU). The main objectives of this MOU are to encourage the students to enroll courses at different universities, to use credits earned in the universities under this MOU, and to accumulate the enrolled courses in Credit Bank System. However, tuition fees comply with the university where each student is enrolled. Above all, this MOU reflects the Lifelong Learning policy in the current world context of higher education implemented by Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation.

At the ceremony, Professor Dr. Parichart Sthapitanonda, CU Vice President for Academic Affairs and Social Outreach, acted for Professor Dr. Bundhit Eau-aporn, President of Chulalongkorn University. This is a historic event of Thailand higher education where 25 university presidents approved the enrollment across universities at graduate studies.
