The Masterís Program in Marketing is designed to meet the needs of marketing managers that will serve them in their professional roles specifically in Retail Marketing and ICT Marketing. The program begins with providing fundamental marketing tools for marketing managers such as Marketing Management course, Marketing Research and Consumer Behavior. It follows with a detail analysis of consumers in retail businesses and ICT businesses, using teaching cases, field research, and other experiences to understand how the markets in Retailing and ICT work. Finally, actual cases and practical marketing tools in Retail Marketing and ICT Marketing will be used, to give students experience practising how executives arrive at decisions in Retail and ICT businesses, what they consider when they make decisions, and the consequences of various executive decisions.
The objectives of this program are to provide students with a clear understanding of Retail and ICT marketing and the tools and techniques they can use to gather data and information about consumers of these two areas, and to assist students in learning how to make executive-level decisions in these two areas of marketing management.
